Let us introduce three varieties of Dachshunds: the miniature short hair dachshund, the miniature wire hair dachshund, and the miniature long hair dachshund.

All our dogs are lively and affectionate; proud and bold. Our dogs are curious, and are very clever and may attempt to train you rather than allow you to train them!

All our dogs are active dogs with surprising stamina and they love a regular walk or session of play in the park.

We have black and tan, chocolate and tan, red, dapple, and brindles. Many colours to choose from!
The Dachshund (pronounced dak sund) originated in Germany many hundreds of years ago."Dachs" is the word for badger. The Dachshund was bred to hunt and follow these animals to earth, gradually becoming highly evolved, with shortened legs to dig the prey out and go down inside the burrows. Smaller Dachshunds were bred to hunt hare and stoat.
